IBL CONCEPT created in 2014, at the request of refrigeration and air conditioning professionals, to manufacture in France a special Air Conditioning Steam High Pressure Cleaner for their sector.
The Clim3000 was born after the manufacturing and validation of several prototypes with improvements requested by our professional testers in terms of Reliability, Ease of disassembly, maintenance and repair.
Specific accessories were also created during this validation process.
We've made sure that CLIM 3000 produces saturated dry steam at 7 / 8 bar pressure and high temperature (175/180°C) to enable you to easily clean, descale and decontaminate various types of air conditioner.
This Air Conditioning Steam Cleaner also offers 3 different cleaning modes: steam only / steam plus superheated water / water only.

The Clim3000 Professional Air Conditioning Steam Cleaner accessory kit has been designed to help you and facilitate a quick, thorough cleaning and to treat specific surfaces (fins, turbines, condensers, units, fans, coolers .....) with maximum efficiency.
Cleaning and disinfection of air conditioners with pressurized steam at very high temperatures allows to clean and remove dirt from all surfaces of the air conditioning system without damaging them, saving water and treating the most inaccessible places.
Pressurized steam provides mechanical action, moistening and removing dirt without scratching the surfaces to be cleaned or bending the often fragile fins.
Clim3000 is safe for electrical and electronic parts, the pressurized steam will eject the dirt without soaking the electrical parts.

Following the COVID crisis, theARS SANTÉ FRANCE , l'ONPP andASHRAE have published important information about the risks that technicians may face when cleaning air-conditioning and/or ventilation systems.
It has now been proven and recognized by public health authorities that the Covid virus is present in air conditioning and ventilation systems.
It is also recognized that the high presence of "Aspergilus Niger fungi" can be dangerous for operators' respiratory tracts.
Operators MUST wear at least a FFP2 or FFP3 mask, goggles and gloves when working on air-conditioning or ventilation systems.
Tip: *The fewer parts you disassemble, the better off you'll be afterwards!!!!
Warning: *Always work on a de-energized device.
1/ Dismantle the shell and the filters (spray water on the filters before dismantling to block the dust and therefore the COVID virus).
2/ Vacuum the fine dust with a hoover (hoover filter equipped with a HEPA filter (COVID19 obligatory) Reference hoover: AERO26
3/ Spray our diluted degreaser-stripper CLEAND+ (to be diluted according to the state of soiling of the evaporators and turbines) everywhere .... From top to bottom.
Prepare in advance 3 dilutions of CLEAN D + in sprayers: 5% / 10% and 20%.
4/ leave to act for 3/5 minutes
5/ use CLIM 3000 (position 3 on the handle. Steam + superheated water) from top to bottom to strip and remove dirt
6/ use Air Conditioning Steam Cleaner CLIM 3000 in (position 2) on the handle to rinse (water only)
7/ You can "blow" with steam only CLIM 3000 (position 1) on the handle to bring down the few remaining water condensation residues, then you can Vacuum to remove these water residues in the condenser and the condensate tray
8 / for a STANDARD DISINFECTION: spray our DESOGERME approved biocide disinfectant (PURE - NON DILUTED) by wetting all parts.
9/ reassemble the hull and the filters (cleaned beforehand)
10/ Put a cotton cloth in front of the turbine to collect any last drops that may remain in the turbine.
11/ DO YOUR BLOW AND TEMPERATURE CONTROL TESTS (with an anemometer)
12/ affix your SELF-ADHERING sticker stating: (Cleaned and Disinfected according to the European Biocidal Standards in force on : DATE by : YOUR COMPANY)

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU CHARGE FOR A "DISINFECTION" OPERATION, YOU HAVE AN OBLIGATION TO THE HEALTH INSPECTION BODIES: AN OBLIGATION OF RESULTS.
This is why we recommend that our customers invoice the disinfection operation separately, with the heading: "DISINFECTION ACCORDING TO CURRENT BIOCID STANDARDS".
