L’Étape de DÉSINFECTION: si vous voulez un désinfection conforme aux Normes « BIOCIDE » en Vigueur.

Il faut obligatoirement que les surfaces à désinfecter soient propres (c’est a dire préalablement nettoyées avec un détergent (non désinfectant) ou avec un générateur de vapeur à vapeur sèche et très haute température (notre STEAMBIO 3000 / 185° C en chaudière et 100° C en sortie de buse. Le COVID19 ne résiste pas à une température supérieur a 70 °C. Cette opération a pour but de détruire et retirer le « Biofilm » de la surface a désinfecter. Une fois cette étape effectuée, vous pouvez passer à l’étape de Brumisation.

Il n’est pas nécessaire de nettoyer au préalable, mais cette opération n’aura pas de Rémanence dans le temps et devra être répétée très régulièrement.

PROTOCOLE ET RECOMMANDATIONS IMPORTANTES

1. Position the machine in the room, adjust the spread rate if necessary and switch on.
2. Then orient the nozzle at 45° to a wall or partition to create a circular "Vortex" effect.
3. Contact time to be defined according to the volume to be disinfected. 30 minutes on average .
4. Ventilation of the room after fogging for 10 to 15 minutes to return to a low concentration of oxygen peroxide (1ppm of H202).
5. A room of 100m3 will be fogged for 10 minutes, plus the contact time of 10 minutes and finally the ventilation of 10 minutes, i.e. the room will be immobilized for: 30minutes.

• Les EPI sont obligatoires : Combinaisons + gants + lunettes de protection + Masques (FFP3 si vous devez entrer dans la pièce ou une brumisation est en cours ou vient juste d’avoir lieu)
