The foam gun for industrial air conditioning is ideal for the food industry, for example. NETBIO 600 is a foam cleaning method for evaporators, ventilation systems or air conditioners that offers a number of advantages:

• No need for compressed air, the compressor is integrated inside the machine
• The product is mixed with water and air, then automatically dosed a 4%
• The machine also includes a high-pressure rinse function
• The active principle of the disinfectant detergent is optimised because the foam adheres to the wall for a few minutes, giving the product time to act on the layers of dirt.

Using the NETBIO 600

The walls are covered in white foam: a very good way of checking that all the surfaces have been properly treated, especially the nooks and crannies that are often more difficult to reach by hand.
With its compact design, the NETBIO 600 stand-alone foam cannon is easy to move around the premises.
The operator works in better conditions and much faster: he is not in direct contact with the soiled surfaces and the cleaning is carried out by the action of foam and rinsing.
The industrial foam sprayer or foam cannon connects to the water network, giving it unlimited use.

To use the NETBIO 600, you need a water drain to remove water and foam, or you can use a wet hoover.

NETBIO 600 avoids the use of chemicals or conventional cleaning products such as detergents and is used with the foaming product. 3D BIOa powerful, biodegradable degreaser, detergent and disinfectant (sold in 30L cans), or the CLEAND + Stripper Powerful foaming degreaser.

The advantage of CLEAND + over a standard degreasing product is that it contains corrosion inhibitors to prevent damage to the metals used in evaporators.
