To ensure the security of your credit card payments, we use Stripe and Alma, the payment solution dedicated to distance selling.
With this system, your card payment is made directly to the Stripe or Alma secure server on our behalf. At no time will your card number be communicated to us. Exchanges are encrypted and secured using the SSL 3 (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, which has become a worldwide standard and can be used by all major browsers.
This secure protocol is activated when you pay by card if your order is eligible (depending on the amount predefined by Xraystore). It allows you to receive a unique security code on your mobile phone number associated with your credit card. This code must be entered when paying for your order on our site to authenticate that you are the cardholder. This reduces the risk of fraudulent use of your payment card in the event of loss, for example.
You are accessing a secure interface from Stripe or Alma. A secure interface can be identified by the closed padlock at the bottom of the browser and the URL of the site preceded by https:// (instead of http://).
You can pay for your order by cheque.
We only accept bank or postal cheques in euros, payable in mainland France only. There may be a delay of 8 days between the moment your cheque is cashed and the final validation of your order. This delay corresponds to the time taken for cheques to be rejected by banks in the event of insufficient funds.
You can pay for your order by conventional bank transfer from your bank account to ours.
If you choose this method of payment, once the order for the air conditioning cleaning equipment has been validated, you will receive an e-mail with our bank details. You will need to enter the invoice number in the title of the transfer.
This method of payment may have an impact on the delivery time of your order, as it will only be dispatched once we have received your bank transfer.
