Degreasing using saturated dry steam under pressure and at very high temperatures has now proved its effectiveness on the dirtiest surfaces.
The combined action of heat (between 165°C and 185°C) and pressure (between 6 and 10 bars) dissolves grease and other dirt.
They provide biocidal activity on all surfaces in the industrial sector. Pressurised dry steam technology is a relatively dry jet (approximately 5% of water) projected under pressure onto the surface to be cleaned, at a very high temperature. Evaporators can be cleaned and degreased very easily, without any risk to the lamellae or electrical parts.
Degreasing with saturated dry steam is a very simple operation.
